1. Before your drop off 

Cleaning the car 

You do not need to clean the car before dropping it off. We will take care of that. We would appreciate however if you took out the trash from the car, if any and left it tidy on the inside after your usage.  

Filling up 

Please return the car with a full tank of fuel, the same way that you received it in. If the tank wasn’t full when you received the car, then please return the car with the same amount of fuel as you received it with. We encourage you to use  our partners at Olís and enjoy the discount which our customers get by using the chip which is located on your key chain.  

How much time do I need 

For those dropping off at Keflavik International Airport, we recommend that you arrive at our delivery office by the airport, 2 hours before your drop off. The drop off process is quite quick and only takes a few minutes. The shuttle bus goes from our office to the airport every 10-15 minutes.
